Flex-time, telecommuting raise pros, cons for employers

As a growing number of companies allow employees to telecommute and “flex-time,” others caution that such programs have their drawbacks and limitations.
In a 2008 survey from WorldatWork, a non-profit business association, 42 percent of U.S. companies said they offered work-from-home programs, compared to 30 percent the previous year.
